1. We listen
Our listening service allows us to dedicate the necessary time to explain the situation or the problem at hand.
2. We propose
Our collaboration and initial budget by mean of the corresponding Engagement Letter form according to the model of the General Council of Lawyers of Spain. If we reach an agreement, we will move on to the next step.
3. Study of the documentation
We study the documentation provided on the matter, incorporating, in addition to the exposition of the problem, all the documentation that we will request and that you can provide.
4. Action plan
We will set out an action plan that will allow us to develop the actions quickly and efficiently.
5. Negotiation
We will negotiate with the other party an out-of-court solution that satisfies your interests.
6. Judicial
If we are unable to reach an amicable solution, we will initiate legal proceedings in defense of your rights.
